Moneyball Nation was founded in April 2024 by two friends, Marcello Gonzalez and Dexter Rangel, with a vision to build a competitive yet welcoming pickleball community. As demand grew, so did the ambition—expanding into larger venues and elevating the tournament experience with high-energy, well-organized events that bring players together.
Now, we’re taking on a new challenge—expanding Moneyball Nation beyond Austin, Texas. Our mission remains the same: to create an electrifying atmosphere where competition, camaraderie, and passion for the game thrive.
